I agree compared to other Service Industries, even Variable Percentage is less. Only Problem is there are some Shitty Managers here and there, if our luck is really bad our paths gets crossed with those Shitty Managers.

Yep. But, they need offices in more locations in India. I used to work for Invent and it was pretty chill and had a great WLB.
I would like to, only thing I dislike is the money part (no hike/increment/bonus/peanut hike like 2-3% sometimes even 0 hike even if your performance was great and received great rating - nowadays they measure your hike if mandatory training are done or if you come to office - what about the quality of work I deliver which you seem to love but when it comes to salary (crickets!)🤷🏻♂️
