Believe me when I say this. I had an illustrated career spanning over a decade, working for a number of IT companies. But by far the worst place and company I've worked for is #capgeminiindia #capgeminitechnologysolutions. Not only are the management bewildered bunch of fools and jokers who don't have any idea. But also hardworking resources are always given crappie hike. The hike is crappie regardless of what you do you'll get default rating of 3, unless you're a bootlicker. To top all this up the support teams think they own everyone, attitude is first work is secondary. And HR is just a mofo who's more interested in what you are doing, what you are posting online, who's b**t you're sniffing in your personal life, rather than doing actual productive activities like standing up for the resource, listening to their issues, doing skip level meetings. Most 3rd class company I've ever worked, can't wait for resigning.
Managers are putting up more stupid rules above the company policies and making our lives harder
Even our hands are tied we're...trying everything but there's something very wrong with the management and HR System here.. Very very wrong.. Information is always downstream.. No one is willing to take upstream feedback.. They don't understand that we're burning up the resources.. It's horrendous

Exactly, then there are people like me who is compliant on their so called bullst training and comes to office 12 days. Performed way beyond expectations, delivered, sloughed a off, got rating 2, got good feedback from client, manager and I get NO HIKE!!! When I took this HR, they say company has negative growth they haven't got hike themselves (bullsh**t) they say I should be grateful I even have a job, I am asking to pay my worth and efforts am not taking from he's wallet. Bunch of bozos 🤡 I feel no drive to work anymore, why did I even work so much to get nothing NOTHING at the end, atleast level my pay to market std. I feel like the clown 🤡 here, they played me, and I got played.
