Trending @Capgemini; Worse HR and RMG personal
I worked for Capgemini and was relieved recently. I was on the bench for 3 months and they asked to resign but I asked them some more time as there are not enough project calls, but they are saying we have to get projects ourselves, they won't help to get placed into a project. The bench meeting is conducted every Monday just to repeat the bullshit. The RMG and HR personnel are worse, they are not all listening to us, they are just reading the script, they do not respect our personal problems. This is the worst management I have ever seen.
This is your BU problem. In our BU, people have been on the bench for the past 1 year and are not facing any kind of issue.
I also faced the same and its Na apps and that HR is bhagyashri worst ever women, i wish she also faces the same shit that iwent through

Hi buddy. I am also from CG. I do not know i am right or wrong. But if you will think you find that is HR job which they got from management to remove some of resource bucause management is responsibale for budget and cost not HR. HR are just like messange to convay the message. Sad truth but same thing happened in all private company some where it will be more where it will be less but hapening every where. I am not from HR departement.
