I am in a project which demands more than 9 hrs of being online officially. Is there anything called as extra hours payment in CG?
You will not get anything. My CG manager asked me to log extra hours and said I'll get extra salary, after I logged in extra hours I got nothing. When I asked about this to my CG manager he said there is no policy for extra payment on extra hours. CG got the money for extra hours billing on my account but didn't pay me anything. So there is no use.

Ask your manager to mark you under oncall
Official working hours is 9 hrs, if there is occassionall strech ut happens sometimes, if it is regular you can ask for on call allowance as additional, if it's daily means your team is under sized , highlight this to next two level to avoid work fatigued and mismanagement. Ask for additional member in team
I doubt if India CG have extra hours pay policy, I know we can get comp off. But you can check with your manager.
They will not pay anything you will get penny only
