Trending @Capgemini; Working hours in office
As per the mail that we have received, we have wfo for 12 days a month. Does anyone have an idea, will the hours in office also be tracked from April ? Or is it on the days ?

What we heard is they will monitor hours on the floor as well.

What if a person does not have a fixed place to sit in office as the team does not sit in the same location

By floor I mean inside work location. Our colony aunties are monitoring that if u are just swiping once and then spending time in cafeteria or going out and coming back to swipe out at end of the day 😅

As far as I know, our swipe in and swipe out data are tracked as well as the monitored at higher level, CEO level. Minimum 5.5 to 6 hrs punch in and out is required.
As a part of back to work, this 12 days policy will be an essential part for upcoming hikes, increment, and promotion. This will play one of the key factor.

Don't follow hours until they tell

12 days a month with 6 hours per day..More days in one month may be adjusted to another month ..preferably 3 times a week ..

Yes, it will be... Minimum of 4.5 hours per day will be considered while counting the number of days in office... Recommend 5 hours some days...
First swipe and last swipe will be consider for that matter.

On days only. Minimum 3-4 hrs will be better

I don’t think so
