Trending @Capgemini; Working hours

In my project, there's always a lot of work, and I end up working for hours on end, which is really frustrating. It feels like there's no life, just work. Everyone else on my project is also working long hours, and sometimes I feel FOMO because they've normalized working on weekends. Is this good? I wanted to know your opinion on it. Is it normal at Capgemini to work beyond regular hours and sometimes even on weekends?
