Hi guys, I joined last months 27th may. I visited 6 days office in whole June month. From July I don’t have to go to office as per the project,my manager will give exception to office , so full wfh. So as I didn’t go for 12 days in June, what could happen?

Nothing will happen. People here are getting multiple warnings and still working from home, you surely need not worry about one warning email. That being said, please make sure you complete 12 days in case your manager changes mind & asks you to start reporting from office. Also, as you said your manager agreed for exception to office starting July, please have that in written via email for obvious reasons.

But, Currently the attendance part is taken care by HR team I guess.

Manager can only give exception from july cause I was on non-billable code for last month. My client is Michelin.
