Will Capgemini allows employees of India to carry their work laptop and work in other country for some days?
Please don’t let them know that you are working from other country
You can manage for few days that should be fine

It will give you Flex Abroad option to work from other country for 45 calendar days with proper approvals and mention strong reason to get it approved.
You can utilise this option by checking with your BU HR
Before going to HR, read policy and first approach your manager
If you ask then no ,for a few days u can manage but dont tell and update anywhere
Capgemini will not allow you to work from another country with your work laptop. Policies are strict and you need to be in your designated location. No exceptions.
