Trending @Capgemini; Working for client but still on bench code

Hi ! I have been working with a client project as shadow resource since September. But, I didnt receive any project code. I have raised this concern with the PMO and she asked me to connect the staffing team. But again, there is no luck. They are not responding.

What should i do now ? Because they are assigning me all sort of training on bench including internal projects. My shift timings for client: 12to9 pm But i am required to join the bench trainings from 10am everyday.

Did anybody faces the same ?
