Trending @Capgemini; Working alone in Airoli.
Hi All,
I am on a billing project and now I go to the office and just work and come back on a routine basis. I neither know anyone nor others know me.
I just want to know how many of u are in the same routine. And how do u feel about it.

Same situation with me. I'm supposed to be in Airoli, but I started visiting the Vikhroli office after 5 years of blissful WFH because the BTO team is being really mean about this whole thing. But yeah, i literally know ZERO people. A few of my team mates are in Airoli, but that is 2-2.5 hours one way from my residence and I suffer from Tourettes syndrome which makes it a living hell to travel.

I'm in pune and in the same situation but I am okay with it now. I even prefer having lunch alone.Getting used to it and I feel comfortable being in my own space. I use my time to upskill myself and watch something on phone.

Try to talk this to your manager or just message it on teams that itโs hardly any use of going to office with no team members. And request to wfhโฆ if you got a reply then fine, if not then try to avoid going office(if u want)

Funny! A lot of us are in the same boat

Exactly the same situation. I just focus on doing my work and upskill myself in those 8 hours rather than wasting time chit chatting in groups.

I am probably gonna be in the same boat ๐ซ I just joined Capgemini and will be working from Airoli office. My team members are remotely based and I am alone from Airoli office. It feels too lonely to work at office without at least some people u know and can chat with. Though I do appreciate the solitude now and then, human connections are as important otherwise I will feel like a ghost coming all alone and sitting by myself ๐
