Trending @Capgemini; Work pressure in the project

I am working as a Salesforce developer in a project but, there's too much work. Everything seems like a priority, late night working and working on weekends is very common, is the condition of all the development projects the same or is this project a special case?

No not same in every project at all. Try not to work after your shift. May be you will find this senseless but later you will remember shutting down your laptop on exact time.

If they are not compensating you for this overtime then you can simply say that you also have some personal commitments and won't be able to do this for extra time, and see for the managers response and decide accordingly

If its affecting ur health. Say no to weekend. Worst case they will release u from project. U can find better one. Not at the cost of peace

You can reach out to your Manager for the case and discuss the things. I know it won't make any change but you'll get the clarity to stay in the project or search for different project or company.

Yea I have talked with them, they said work will be more for the last few sprints but, I don't feel any truthfulness in that statement

Overhyped

Ok, so you mean work pressure is less or normal in most of the projects
