Trending @Capgemini; Work From Office for Rotational Shift working

Currently I am working on a support project, in which I need to work in rotational shifts so it's hard to maintain 12 days and it's not counting Saturday and Sunday in attendance reports

So do we have to go to "Work From Office" for 12 days mandatory ?
