Trending @Capgemini; Work from nearest location

My base location is in Bangalore. I am the only indian employee that is working in the project right now, all else are foreign capgemini employee. Including my project manager.

I want to ask can I work from noida (nearest location) as the project manager doesn't really care where I work from.

Will my access card work for noida location?

Bro, your access card won't work in Noida if your base is Bangalore. You need to get approval from your project manager and then contact the admin team to activate it for Noida. Just go for it!

Do you know how to contact the admin team?

Pretty simple, reach Noida Capgemini, at the security gate/reception ask them to issue you a visitor pass.

Ask them the way to the ID card cell or department. Talk to the person at the id card cell, ask him what does he need. Mostly it'll just be a simple email to their DL asking for transfer of access to noida office. They'll peel of the access card from your id card and stick a new access card for Noida.

Speak like you demand not request, politely of course.

If your project doesn't need a dedicated ODC you are good to go.

Just check if it's a global card or loc specific card If it's a global card, habibi come to Noida no issues, on the tower gate ask them to add access or email them the card details. If it's loc specific card, you should ask the security desk, where to get global card and then do the process as mentioned above. Manager approval is not necessary
