Hi there I want to take 2 months of WFH. Is this possible, if yes then what are the process to take this. Actually my parents are staying ill these days so I want to be there for taking care of my parents.

Yes it's possible to get exceptions if your project manager and leads agree. Can you try speaking to your project management and then writing an email to them? They will then loop in an HR to get you an exception.
OR if this doesn't work out, try switching to a project which can allow a WFH, this might take a long time though.

Ok, thanks 👍

You can get upto 90 days exemption. You need proper medical proof and need to apply on the BTO exemption tool. Ask your manager/HR for the link for your respective BU/dept. I used the CCA exemption portal. But mine's still not approved. Same reason as yours. (Father ill)

Hi You can apply for the exception WFH
Please talk to your BUHR
But maximum you can get 1 month of WFH in 1 approval
For next month you again have to submit medical documents and request approval from HR and all.
