You can get WFH for 1-3 weeks for any kind of emergency basis prior approval from HR, Supervisor and Project Manager

Now we are working in Hybrid mode- like coming to the office 12 days in a month. Travelling is a big issue for us, almost 4 hours a day. Travelling to 45 kms as such a long distance is very difficult for us. Is there any alternative plan to reduce the travelling hours? Means any new office location is planning near Uppal?lb nagar, vanasthalipuram??

Permanent not sure but we can raise exemption request for certain period of time like nearly 3 months with proper reason and documents. And may be raise again later for succeeding months.
