Trending @Capgemini; Work culture is getting worse everday. Can't wait to resign.
I'm in A5 currently and this is my first job. I've been with cg for almost 2 years now. I recently got into this support project where workload is too much. My usual shift is 2pm -11pm but I wake up most of the days from multiple phone calls from my team members and manager.
If I don't pick up once, they keep calling 4-5 times, eventually I have to pick up and login. Somedays when I'm logging off they ask me to strect it a bit and I end up doing almost 2 shifts.
I have to work on weekends as well sometimes and shift allowance is shit.
I used to have decent sleep cycle before, but now I struggle to sleep. I don't even get time to cook my meals or go to gym.
I have been applying for as many jobs everyday as I can, at this point I don't even want a hike. I'll work at any other place.

This is true, that the work culture of Capgemini has detoriated drastically from the mid of 2022.

I have been in capg for almost two years now and in that time period I was on bench for a whole year and now they r not giving me promotion saying people on bench don't get it.... I joined as fresher and was desperately waiting for promotion being an A3 is nothing here. Any advice to deal with??

You can try applying on IJP and reach out to people to refer you in projects if they have openings. Otherwise you should definitely upskill and switch. Cg is not good for freshers.

Yeah been looking for other jobs but it is kind of difficult to find a job

Email it to your lead, manager, his manager asking their views on work life balance - wait for their response and see what changes. Loop in HR if nothing changes

Which documents should I have before resignation?
