I have 7 days left before last day and I withdrawn resignation and manager approved with HR resignation pending. Will they approve before or I have to chase them as I m in notice period.

Why are you withdrawing
They will approve however you can put a reminder in a day or two.
So, my suggestion would be in billable period u can take risk by putting papers and in last 10 days or week u can withdraw of no job offers and continue.
Withdrawn not approved by HR due to bench resource.. they said they will approve only in case of billable resource aobthat they'll utilise resource atleast 6 mnth...

Bro they'll ask you for your reason why you're withdrawing and they'll grind you for sometime.
May I know why you're taking back your resignation??
