Trending @Capgemini; Will I get a better offer?

3.9 years of experience in Capgemini in a support role. Got no professional experience in development. Studied on my own and grabbed an offer of 8 LPA for a front end role. I still have 15 days of notice period remaining.

Will I get a better offer in the current market?

That's great! Only 15 days to go can't say much. But most companies contact u while u r on notice period ending. Btw did u put down notice period and then got this interview? Because I've been applying a lot since 1 month, rarely got any updates

I wasn't getting any calls with a 90 days notice period. I tried to lie to the HRs by saying that I can bring down my notice period. But that didn't work either. Finally I put my papers and applied for a while. No calls for 2 months then suddenly when only 1 month was remaining I was getting 2 to 3 calls a day without even applying.

No one can say for sure in this market. But good that you are out of support role. So go for it, but still keep looking for better opportunities

Don't look back. Getting an offer in current market is the big thing, congratulations 👏 and looking for another one in 15days , I have seen as I am out of CG in Jan without offer... For direct roles it takes minimum of 1month or more to get offer released...so may be change from next company little quick than usual. Instead of waiting for right time.
