Trending @Capgemini; Will I be eligible for a salary hike this year?

I joined CG on April 23, 2024. In YER 2024, I received an Exceeding rating but did not get any hike or promotion. In YER 2025, I received an Exceptional rating. I am currently in B2 grade. Will I be eligible for a hike this year?

Yes. Last year you didn't receive any hike cuz you had already joined CG with an hike (w.r.t you previous salary). So this year you'll be eligible for a hike
