Hi, I am on a billable project. And the billing end date is year end. If I leave in between will Capgemini try to retain me and will try to match the offer?? Or Capgemini won't?

don't do it. go man. i feel bad for myself. i have withdrawn my resignation and I am in the middle of nowhere. I told the next company I am not coming on the last day which damaged my reputation outside that I promised and not joining and here I am not getting an offer as promised still in the middle of nowhere. 😢😢😢😒
