What about inflation, average inflation is 6%, and we are not getting the hike which means we are accepting the reduced salary every year by 6% due to inflation. A skilled labour will not accept and will look for a change. What’s being done to reduce these attrition. Hiring freshers at lower rate by loosing skilled. So it doesn’t mean job security ..

One must keep switching at an interval, despite the person gets good pay cheques or promotions. Well that's what I have learnt.
