Joined Capgemini as Fresher? After how many months you got promoted to Senior Analyst from Analyst?

Did you receive any hike letter ?

Now they gave name Associate II which was before senior analyst. Grade is A5. Similarly for B1 they gave name to Professional I which was previously associate consultant

Now it has changed to sr analyst

Associate 2 designation is R&D BU.
