Trending @Capgemini; When to switch form Capgemini

Hi all, I joined Capgemini in February 2023 and have been working on a project for over a year. Recently, I was promoted to an A5 role, but the pay increase was minimal (less than 1500 per month). Could anyone suggest when would be a good time to leave and start looking for opportunities outside?"
