Not got a single promotion four years in the system is there no auto promotion cycle . I joined as A5

If you are meeting hr n compliance well you are eligible post joining 1.8 yrs
But there are many c1 resources. 5 rating you can get or else depends on director of the project

Promotions usually happen after 18 months, but it depends on your performance and project involvement. Hikes are around 3-4%, but can go up to 9-10% with exceptional ratings.
