Hai Guys, I joined on April 24 in CG. I have 10% variable pay on my package. When the variable pay is going to pay to the employees? How much percentage can I expect the minimum in that 10%?. what they consider in providing variable pay to employees?
Please need your clarification.

Appraisal period is Jan to Dec So you will get on a prorate basis
70% of prorate basis in Jan mid week as we are getting from the last 3 years
Rest in march end week

Variable pay is usually given annually, around April or May. Expect at least 7-8% of your 10% variable pay, based on performance and ratings. They consider your yearly performance, project contributions, and feedback.
