12 days BTO is now tracked on EVP level. So, ots beyond manager now .

depends on the billability and your manager how he handles. my friend is not going because it's too far from the base location. But the manager doesn't have any issue .

It's not about manager. It's totally upon your HR. Your BTO is tracked on a monthly basis by your HR. Check your attendance in Office pass > View your attendance link under New Reservation section

They will ask to apply leaves from Pl for not attended days out of 12. Same thing happened with me.i lost 15 leaves.

If I have already taken 2 day PL in that month then would 10 days be considered?

Company may get one more proof / reason to easily ask you to resign coz of not compliant with policies.

BTO is now being tracked by higher level, managers cannot help on it... BOTP Will be raised in GetSuccess if you do not go to office for 12days in a month.
