Just wanted to know what's the salary during training some people say it's full some say it's reduced during training I'm so confused I need to plan my budget for joining so please help me here....also when do we get the bonus 25k that's mentioned in CTC like 5.75 of which 25k is one time bonus when will I get that.

Good thing is You will get same salary during training and on project
Sad thing is “You will get same salary after training even on Project”

You'll get the 1 time 25k Incentive for sure after you complete 12 months. And the pay is full during the training period too.

During training and full time you may expect 38k in-hand if your CTC is 5.5l+25k
Also regarding 25k bonus , can't say anything
