Trending @Capgemini; What's the current situation of layoffs at Capgemini?

I read a few posts here where new joiners were fired within a few months of joining due to lack of projects in certain domains. But this is happening at the Consultant /Senior Consultant level (and above) I guess.

Is this also happening/will be happening at the A4 or A5 level in the coming months? (freshers)

If yes, then what criteria are we looking at? Will billed resources be shifted to non billable roles or will bench candidates be asked to resign since they were never tagged to a project? What other parameters are being considered for such decisions?

Any insight from seniors/leadership will be very helpful for me and the community present here!
