If it has been raised to make you cry and exit, how well you don't, you will end up in not completing successfully, so align with your people manager and assess him if the intention is good or bad.

If Someone Assigned BOTP means it's a very rare case to Complete it. Very hard to clear BOTP. It's Totally depends on People manager and HR.

It's BackOnTrackProcess program known as PIP. It spans for 2 months.

It's related to training. Basic Operations Training Program. Previously it's a PIP ( Person Improvement Program) . Now it's changed to BOTP. They will assign some tasks related to your skill. You need to complete it in a time period. Your people manager or HR will assign to you. I think these points are related to that only.
