Trending @Capgemini; What will happen if i underperformed in shadow project

So recently i have been tagged to a shadow project in that they have give me python and its framework of which i have no experience and to study and develop application in 2 months for the client what if I’m not able to do that in 2 months what will happen like will i go back to bench or i will be fired or will i be put in back on track program (pip) ?
