Trending @Capgemini; What to Do ?
I am on bench and i want to upskill myself what to do for that? And can i get appraisal even if i am on bench ? It is hard to switch also… What can i do ?
Don't hold yourself back and try to learn new things or some new skills. There are many certification courses through which you can land a decent job but you have to pay for those courses. Capgemini sponsor such type of courses on coursera, degreed or udemy. Therefore, don't waste your time thinking that you'll get a new project instead learn the skills since you do not have to pay the course. And land a job at a different company on a good package.
P.S. I have made the same mistake but since I have realised it, I am telling you not to do so.
Bro. At your location, going to office is not compulsory then start YouTube channel and do some vloggings. else you can do masters from outside in Management and earn in Lacks if you don't want to do JOB lifetime. Many options are available. You can use this job as an Investment to your Business. You are Lucky Mate.
