Hi as title suggests this is my first time YER , i am fresher and i want to know what should i fill in the different sections of form like
- Overall Comment on In year contribution?
In this do i need to mention all the tasks which i had done in past 18 months? Like i have automated many things and later enhanced applications. Also developed tool for migration from one technology to another .
Do i need to mention all these or just a overview ? Should I give in detail?
- Overall Comments on priorities?
I have set priorities likes following code standers and will complete hyper scale certification, filling timely sheets.
Do i need elaborate these only in this section? And how much?
- Can i ask feedback from client over email and attach the same?

Yes, your understanding is correct but it really doesn't matter if you mention the things in detail or just give an overview as they already know what they be rating you and filling this forms are just for formality. And yes, you can ask you client for a feedback and attach it
