Trending @Capgemini; What should I do?

Capgemini has been my first company and I’ve been an A3 for around 2 years. Since I’ve been performing really well in my current role, my N+1 has moved me into a more advanced project this month.

Problem is that everyone in my new team are at process lead or above. My N + 1 has told me that I’ll be getting promoted to A4 next month. He’s told me that he doesn’t have the power to get me a double promotion so he’s given a commitment that he’ll make me a process lead by 2026.

I can only expect an increment of 10-15% for my upcoming promotion. Should I continue in CG for the experience that I’ll get from my new project or should I look for jobs elsewhere for better pay while having the risk of missing out on advanced learning experience.

I value long term career gains over short term increase in pay but I still find myself debating on this.

It is a NoBrainer situation just look for another job outside. It doesn't matter however good you work. In CG there is a fixed way and cycles in which promotion/increment things happen. Don't get attached or get in sweet fake promises.

Bro, you should def look for jobs elsewhere. If you're already performing well and not getting the pay you deserve, it's time to move on. 🌟 The experience is great, but you can find better pay and growth opportunities outside. Don't wait till 2026!
