Trending @Capgemini; What should be the salary for C1 Senior Consultant in CG?
I have got 0 and 3% hike in two years despite having 1 as rating. Can you guide on the salary bracket for 6+ years of experience at C1? (Special request to managers and above since they have the view of the bigger picture)
Don't join this organization they are not giving salary for me

I had got 5% hike when got promoted as Senior Consultant C1 after two years despite having 1 as rating with 6+ years of experience.
I am B2 and my Package is 16 LPA as a Business Analyst,, C1 should definitely be 18 LPA Atleast
I joined this organization in june they revised salary and now they are not giving according to it
