Can anyone explain me about shadow project? When will we get eligible? How long it is? What things it include? Whats criteria to pass it? What if we don't want to get into project without even contacting anyone what can we do? What good project criteria looks like? Does project having developer and testor role on single person help in future or make u feel depressed? Project is Dublin based so time will be 11-8 Heard that it take long to 11 at night some times so is it really worthy project? Will it help in future (cause it really hamper today)? In every project director sit and see code or discuss in person? I heard it make u work also on weekends also. So please guide me.
Shadowing is like you will be working along a developer or tester or support. It is basically learning the process and how quickly you are confident to pickup requirement. Sometimes a scenario can happen where you will be working along with manager. But the leadership will not put you in front of clients. Sometimes you can work on some pipeline project.
