Trending @Capgemini; What is the promotion cycle for CG employees?

Hello All ,

Can anyone help me with this? One of my friend joined CG in Mar -2022. Not Received any Project yet since joining date. No Salary hike, No Project & No promotion too. Can anyone suggest to whom we need to approach to address this is issue and how??
