Trending @Capgemini; What is the procedure to ask for promotion and increase in compensation?

Does anyone know the process to ask for promotion and hike, I have not given hike in annual payment review 2024, so I was thinking to ask for promotion and hike in this quarterly promotion. But not sure whom to mail or ask for this? Should I ask manager, or N+1, or directly to Hr?
