Trending @Capgemini; What is the minimum hike for 2 (Exceeding) rating?

I once got 5% 1 rating and 11% for 3 rating. So I really don’t know what they give and why.

It all depends on the account and the budget they have for giving hikes.

they will pretend but parralely some one will get good hikes etc
