Trending @Capgemini; What is the CTC range for C1?

In CAPGEMINI it's just double of experience, after 6 years you will become C1, which means it should be 12 LPA if somebody is less than 12 LPA after 6 years experience and still not C1 that means yes that person is under paid. In my poll I took average C1 experience that is 7.5 that's why I didn't pick the bracket of 12 LPA and above.
