Trending @Capgemini; What is Professional 1 role in Capgemini ?
I got promoted from A5 to B1 so thought my new role will be Associate Consultant but it's showing as Professional 1. Does anyone here have any idea what this role is and who in particular gets this role ?
It's the same they have just changed the designation name this year. I too got promoted to B1, same for me
It doesn't matter whether your title is B1 or B2; ensure you take on projects that genuinely align with your skills.
Do we really have that option ? I am skilled in Java and have good developer skills but here I am working as an Appian (Low Code Tool) Developer because we were pushed into it after our initial fresher trainings.
Associate consultant - professional - I (B1 grade) Consultant - Professional - II ( B2 grade)
Senior consultant - Senior professional - I ( C1 grade)
Manager - Senior professional - II ( C2 grade)
No matter what role you have or grade you have the work will not be relevant to your role it will be relevant to your skills unless its a manager level role.
