What is pip or BOTP is there any threat of termination? Please guide me what's that? I am fresher joined last year now from last 5 month on shadow of 1 project then now they are saying us that our performance is not good they will evaluate performance after 1 week if feel they can put us on pip. Please tell can there be termination at any case? What's needed to improve ?
Termination is not always true. You can come out from PIP if your manager or supervisor is supportive. I've seen many come out of PIP in CG. Not sure about other companies. But CG doesn't fire easily. You'll be given the opportunity to come out of PIP
If you are on Pip or BOTP then resignation/termination is sure. Seen many cases in the capg of the same.
