If I complete 10 days in the office for four hours each day. And take one privileged leave and one optional holiday. Will I get BTO Compliance.

2 hours is the minimum. Doesn't matter beyond that. office days = 60% of your total working days in a month, with a max of 12 days. Also, if you're in a project working good and you are doing, let's say, 10 days instead of 12, DON'T GIVE THEM A FUCK!

True. Atleast towards project ppl they are more lenient and not as strict as towards those on bench. I have been reporting to office sometimes 8 days, 10 days and occasionally 12 days and have even reported for just 2 days once and have never received any non compliance mail
