I recently got promoted from Analyst, and I was under the impression that the next level would be Senior Analyst. However, I noticed today on Teams that my designation is showing as “Associate II.”

Just wanted to check if anyone has any insights or information regarding this change?

Yes both are different if there is both annual hike and promotion hike then it is called Compensation

Yes if the grade is A5 you will be promoted as Sr Software Engineer

It is Senior Analyst only, you can check in SuccessFactors it will be A5.
