Trending @Capgemini; what if we fail in ocean assessment first time?
I came to know we have to complete 80% learnings in ocean path and then take re-assessment. what if I don't complete these learnings and what will be the impact if I don't complete this. currently im tagged to project already.
It can affect your performance rating for hike, BU HR / manager can connect with you and ask for reason of not attending it or reason for failing it.
the actual reason is in the middle of test, got a system alert asking to restart in 5mins or now for windows updates which is quite unexpected. happened on 20th/dec for most people. I took the screenshot for safety and submitted all answers asap without thinking, assuming that I may not able to submit later. Now that I have failed they are asking me to complete 80% learnings even though I have Valid reason. with project work I may be able to complete 80% ocean learnings and reattempt test. so bit concerned now.
