I have skip one day in each week this month our manager told to come for whole 22 days will it cause some issue

Don't be on bench.. get a billable project..once u r on billable.. Noone will ask or bother you

You'll get mail that u haven't completed 12 days work from office.. and ask u to apply leaves for those 12 days .. if u don't then ur salary will deducted.. As it'll consider as unauthorised absence. .
