Trending @Capgemini; What happens when you are put on BOTP? My TL is pressuring me to complete work evn though I'm not worked that part.

I'm being forced to worked on the issues which I have worked before. TL is pressuring me before client and in personal calls as well, like if you are able to complete it then I will put you on BOTP. What will happen if I'm being put on BOTP ?
