Trending @Capgemini; What happens in Capgemini if you reject the project

Hi Capgemini folks, Need one help i have recently joined the Capgemini and was on bench for 1 month after the client interview I got an insights about project hectic work culture and some already escalation is going on so I have to reject the project.

People manager trying to convence me by saying it's learning curve and all. But i really don't want to work in that project which is not fully aligned with my skillset.

What happens if we reject the project in Capgemini do they terminate or what actions they take after rejecting ?

Two things are possible:

  1. If you keep on rejecting project calls, your RMG might just force you to get tagged on one of them eventually (maybe after 2-3 project calls)

  2. They might set up a timeline for you with ultimatums like "if you cannot get deployed in the next couple of months, feel free to resign".
