Trending @Capgemini; What happens if we get 3 warning mails of non compliance of wfo mail?

I got the same, started reporting to office this month

I mean i got the first warning on march 15 ..I started reporting the next working day and...on april I completed 10 days in offc and applied leave for 3days....but I still got mail for march....
Now m not sure if my 3days planned holiday be counted as working day in April
Leaves are counted as office attendence

No need to be scared. Max to max they can ask to apply for leaves for some days. But in my team, many people don't go and they just get mails. That's all. Hike was low even if you go or don't go.

They didn't hike me from past 2years since I joined and didn't let me apply leaves too which could have saved me from the first warning itself! Is it any indication....my project was also changed and never increased my rating from 3... regardless of the efforts

What is the best rating of Succeeding or Exceeding ?

Dont worry at all..i received almost 9mails for 9 continues months..until u r on the project it wont affect much if u r on bench then u have to be serious hereafter..if u r project manager aware about u r case and doesnt care abt u r wfo days u dont need to worry..but from this April onwards HR team taken this into serious consideration..so make sure u follow 12days/mnth

Thanks a lotttt

I mean, I'll definitely start reporting to office more than 60% but I am really scared...if there'll be further action or another reason to terminate 🥹
You'll receive a 4th one

Really will they give that chance or directly termination!?I think they take 3rd as last warning They have written company will be constrained to initiate appropriate action...
I don't think they'll directly terminate but they'll sure take some sort of action

Just follow wfo as before
