Trending @Capgemini; What are the minimum hours to be spent at office to not get an HR mail?
I usually go to the office 8-10 days a month. Stay at office for around 3-6 hrs. Some days it comes under 2hrs-6rhs and some 6hrs and beyond. Still I got an automated mail from HR regarding I'm not adhering to the attendance policy. My attendance is less than expected and I'm not spending enough hours at the office. I know few people who come 8 days a month and still doesn't get any mail from HR. So what is the bare minimum days to be present at the office in a month and bare minimum hours spent at office to not get any automated HR mail or compliance issue?

3 days a week, 12 days a month, 2+hrs in office.

TIO compliance rules vary across different BUs. Talking about FS BU, 12 days in a month (no mandatory rule for 3 days/week) is the guideline. And about the office hours, try to complete a minimum of 6 hours to be on the safer side. 4 hours also works, but I've heard that if the average TIO is less than 6 hours, it might affect your hikes and promotions.

My manager told me to come for 6 hours minimum to avoid any compliance issue

12 days a month, 2+hrs

Exactly, I met one guy. This year, he came 5 to 6 days per month, but he didn't get any compliance emails with his manager in cc. And I came 9 days in March with 7+ hrs each day. Still I got compliance mails..It seems for different BU they have set different rules and regulations.

12 hours per day

3 days in a week.

12 days, 2+ hrs

Anyone knows what's the criteria under FS BU?
