Trending @Capgemini; What are the consequences if not served 90 days NP
I am planning to put down my papers and will directly mention to my manager that my LWD will be XX Oct - even if does not aggree what will be the consequence? As its not rightful to restrict employee to serve 90 days NP as I'm losing lot of better opportunities due to this NP.

U can do that if u already have another offer...I'm struggling to even get interviews these days lol
What I can do? I've seen few folks who are on bench but still they are not released before 90 days - have anyone got early release? What are the possible way or points to discuss to reduce NP or get early release?
After 14 days ,if the manager does not approve it is automatically approved
